    Custom made tungsten carbide moulds in accordance to customer demands.
    The mould are designed with the best and most developed CAD software in the sector.
    Based on experience know-how and engineering
    Moulds are produced from cold work tool steel and tested with ultrasonic crack control. The moulds are vacuum heat-treated in the hi-tech oven.
    Special grinders and CNC machines finish the process.
    The moulds have service life twice as long than moulds made from normal tool steel.
    Dirt proof, stain proof due their rigidity, and less prone to wear and tear.
    Beside the tungsten carbide moulds, we can supply custom shaped profiles.
    After custom shaped profiles are formed after appropriate damping rate and extention analysis and suitable molding method.
    From tunnel profile, L profile, T profile, ellipe profile, triangle profile, Z profile, D profile, oval profile and many more as per customer's requirement.
